I’ve spent over two decades exploring Zermatt and Cervinia—from hidden powder stashes to quiet carving runs and everything in between. As a qualified instructor, professional photographer, and avid freerider and climber, I know these mountains inside out and I love helping others discover them in their own way.
Tours are built around your skills, goals, and preferences—whether you’re a solo rider venturing off-piste, a group chasing first-light groomers, or a family searching for views and authentic mountain cuisine. I handle all the details—from gear checks to local tips and photos—so you can focus on enjoying a smooth day in the Alps.

Methodology
- We’ll start by scheduling a quick call to talk about your goals and expectations for the trip. Based on your answers and skill level, I’ll map out a day (or multi-day) itinerary that fits your rhythm. There will be a plan, but not a rigid script or checklist. If the snow’s better on the other side, we go. If you’re tired, we stop. If you want to try something new, we’ll find a safe way. Flexibility is built in. This isn’t a pre-packaged tour—so I’m not going to treat it as such.
Trip Breakdown
The tours are open to anyone—regardless of skill level—keen to explore the Zermatt-Cervinia-Valtournenche region. Crucially, all itineraries and plans are bespoke and unique. That’s because I craft them specifically for each individual or group, but also because, in the Alps, we’re even more at the mercy of the weather. Still, to give you a rough idea of how we approach it, below is a blueprint for a tour:
We start with a quick check-in—either at your hotel or via phone—to finalize the day’s plan based on the latest weather and snow conditions, outlining our primary route options and any backup plans should the weather shift. Once we meet, we’ll do a gear check to ensure everything is dialed in.
Up in the mountain, there’s no rigid schedule—we move with the day. I’ll adjust the terrain constantly to match your energy level and riding style, whether that means chasing fresh tracks or cruising scenic lines. We’ll take breaks whenever you need them, be it for photos, a quick snack, or just pausing to soak in the view. If you’d like, I’ll capture short video clips or stills along the way as part of your included media package.
When it’s time to refuel, I’ll suggest one or two spots to match your taste—from cozy mountain huts and sun-drenched terraces to sheltered nooks for a quick bite. I’ll handle the logistics, helping you navigate the menu or making a reservation if needed, so you can just relax and enjoy the meal.
The afternoon is all about reassessment. We’ll check in on how you’re feeling and look at the latest weather trends to decide whether to push for more runs, explore a quiet ridge, or perhaps call it an early day to beat the crowds. If you’d like, we’ll make a final stop for photos before heading down. Once we’re back at base, we’ll have a quick debrief to discuss what worked well, what you’d change, and what lines you might want to explore further next time.
The experience doesn’t end when we take off our boots. Within 48 hours, you’ll receive 5–10 edited photos and one short cinematic clip from the day. I’ll also share any relevant trail maps, gear notes, or restaurant tips to help you make the most of the rest of your stay in Zermatt or Cervinia.
